Returns Policy

Please take time to review all the products before placing an order, ie size, quantity and materials as all of our orders are custom made on site in Crewe, Cheshire. Take time also to review the FAQ section to answer any queries you may have and also our Terms and Conditions of Sale. You can also call us on 01270 256 258 to clarify any issues you may have.

 As the products are custom made this means that once you have placed your order, you may not cancel the order and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of a Zero Signs & Digital Manager or Director.

  •  Problems with goods must be reported within 3 working days.

 To be eligible for a return of faulty, damaged or mis-represented products, all returns must be:

  • unused and unmarked since opening
  • returned in the original packaging

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  •  Products with signs of use or damage by yourself
  • Items damaged during return delivery

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your using your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again before contacting us, if the correct sum has not been crediting to your account, please contact us immediately to confirm that a refund has been issued. Aftwards, we suggest contacting PayPal or your credit/debit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted – unfortunately, these timelines are beyond our control.

 To return your product, you should mail your product to: Zero Signs & Digital Ltd, Grosvenor Works, Derby Street, Crewe, CW1 3ER.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, this is between you and your courier.
