Safety Signs Work is owned and operated by Zero Signs and Digital Ltd who are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Please note that our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, except for bank holidays.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. 

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Once an order has been received it is sent through our systems promptly to ensure your order is manufactured, packaged and dispatched in as least time as possible to meet your expectations on delivery. This does mean that amending orders can sometimes be difficult once your order has been placed, as it may have already been manufactured. We endeavour to accommodate our customers’ needs, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be amended once it has been placed.

Prices: Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, Zero Signs and Digital Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT.

Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Zero Signs and Digital Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.

Overseas Orders: Zero Signs and Digital Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.

Delivery Times

We strive to print all custom signs as quickly and efficiently as possible and generally dispatch the vast majority of All our signs within 1-2 days from date of order. However, this is dependent on the time of the order, any additional complexities and any large quantities ordered.

In some cases, there can be a lead time up to 5 to 7 working days.

Tax Charges

Please note that all prices quoted exclude VAT. 

Credit Card Security

Your security against fraud and identity theft is of paramount importance to us. All online transactions paid for by credit or debit card are processed via Shopify Payments and Paypal whose secure servers ensure total peace of mind. We never hold any credit card details ourselves.

We accept payments from the following card types:

Limit of Liability

We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption; neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

Returns Policy

Please take time to review all the products before placing an order, ie size, quantity and materials as all of our orders are custom made on site in Crewe, Cheshire. You can also call us on 01270 256 258 to clarify any issues you may have.

 As the products are custom made this means that once you have placed your order, you may not cancel the order and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of a Zero Signs & Digital Manager or Director.

Problems with goods must be reported within 3 working days.

To be eligible for a return of faulty, damaged or mis-represented products, all returns must be:

unused and unmarked since opening

returned in the original packaging

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Products with signs of use or damage by yourself

Items damaged during return delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your using your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again before contacting us, if the correct sum has not been crediting to your account, please contact us immediately to confirm that a refund has been issued. Aftwards, we suggest contacting PayPal or your credit/debit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted – unfortunately, these timelines are beyond our control.

 To return your product, you should mail your product to: Zero Signs & Digital Ltd, Grosvenor Works, Derby Street, Crewe, CW1 3ER.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, this is between you and your courier.
